SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Force Majeure

Orders delayed by force majeure are not covered under this shipping policy or timeline. Every effort will be made to ensure delivery of package under force majeure circumstances, however no guarantee of delivery or arrival is made under force majeure circumstances.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to the mainland United States only. 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dlsmoonspells@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
