Thank you for purchasing our products at https://dlsmoonspells.com operated by DL's Moon Spells. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to leave us a message via our Contact Us page. The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. All postage must be provided by the customer returning the product. Please send all returns to:

After we receive your item, the product will be inspected for damage prior to processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way when we receive it - or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed - you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange/Damage Policy
If any product you ordered from https://dlsmoonspells.com operated by DL's Moon Spells arrives damaged, you may exchange it for the same product or request a refund, pending proof submitted via email of either a photograph or video of the affected product.

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders delayed by force majeure are not covered under this shipping policy or timeline. Every effort will be made to ensure delivery of package under force majeure circumstances; however, no guarantee of delivery or arrival is made under force majeure circumstances.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to the mainland United States only.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
